Misleading promotion and non-existent customer service My experience with Caroll has been extremely disappointing. Last weekend, Caroll advertised an extra 10% discount when purchasing two sale items. Despite meeting all the promotion's conditions, the discount was never applied at checkout. In my view, this amounts to misleading advertising, as the offer simply did not work. Since there is no customer service email address or phone number available for Caroll Portugal, I contacted the company through the online contact form. I have now sent three separate messages, including screenshots showing the issue. A full week has passed, and I have still not received any reply or acknowledgement. It is very disappointing for a well-known brand to advertise a promotion that does not work and then provide no effective way for customers to obtain assistance. The complete lack of customer support has left me with little confidence in buying from Caroll's online store again.
