I ordered some vanilla gloves at the end of June and they have still not arrived. I also had three pairs of shorts which did arrive but were way too small compared to their other clothing of the same size which is often too big. I don't know why they said they would send the gloves separately as they have not arrived and it's more than a month. Sometimes the customer service is really good but other times it's not. The dark colours run even in cold water, but in general they sell some good products. I size up for internet shopping yet the shorts were tiny. Gloves still not arrived
