Package arrived and was warm
Package arrived and was warm. The freezer pack inside was also warm. These things cannot be stuck in transit for 3-4 days when it should have been delivered 2 days ago. I have emailed the directmed clinical department after calling and still have not heard back to from them. So im really unsure of what to do at this point.
