We have been sent to Renew via our Admiral claim. They are awful. Painful to deal with, don't ring you back and generally hold up the claim. We had a flood and it is hard enough to deal with this as it is without being passed from one company to another to deal with the various aspects of your property which has been damaged. Renew are the worst, we assume Admiral know this, but if you are reading this, anyone from Admiral, change your supplier.
