AVOID - Cancellation fee has increase and website does not work!!!
Booked accommodation at Glasgow for the Commonwealth games. We did not get the tickets and thus I wanted to cancel my booking. Where do I begin: 1) When I try to cancel the booking online, the fee has doubled from £10 to £20 - I have the original confirmation email that states £10. 2) No contact number to call 3) The online contact form does not work (tried both IE and Chrome) , the send button doesn't do anything 4) The send message functionality doesn't work on the view bookings page - Again pressing send doesn't do anything 5) Found a UK and USA contact number from a few forums but no one picks up There is no way to get in contact with this company!!! Avoid at all costs!
