So I am now over a month in after receiving an item which bore very little resemblance to the online photo. The sizing was completely off - anyway I followed the instructions for returns. I have signed proof that they did receive the item and they agree that they received it and would refund. No refund - zero customer services communication. Zero. I have emailed and messaged and raised and escalated a PayPal dispute - still no response from them. Nothing. Disgusted! I am going next to the ombudsman and will NOT drop this as a matter of principle. I have proof that you have the returned item. Your practise is immoral. Buyer beware!!!
