Lack of common sense, beggar mentality.
Having flown quite regularly with the airline, the on-board staff are very good. Booked a return for 13th-22nd July, and had to fly out before due to Father being admitted to hospital. Sought credit as an alternative to rebook again but met with obstruction. Seems the team insists on alms. Hope you enjoy the charity and never be in the situation i find myself in.
