High price for a poor service.
Don't know what has happened the last few years, but the price is ridiculous now. Wanted to charge me around £140+ for what I was originally getting for like £80. The customer service was unhelpful replying we've sent the code and closed the ticket, luckily I found my login in the end. Requested a cancellation, and went elsewhere, won't use again. You get nothing for loyalty these days, so look for better elsewhere than be treated poorly.
