Who knows where the items are coming from
I wanted to buy several 14k gold items, but decided to read reviews first as they also do not accept returns which is against the law in the UK. If the item is not used, you can return it. Upon checking the website, I still do not know from where exactly these non returnable items will be shipping and what kind of customs fees to expect. It sounds like a very risky purchase that is simply not worth it. On top of that there is no way to delete your account from their website. Not good.
