At nearly $120.00 per earring and no luck in reaching out to customer service these are absolutely NOT REAL metals or gems.
Ordered 2 flat back earrings. Both a so small that very hard not impossible to put in piercing hole. Definitely mislead
I made the mistake of thinking ALL of their jewelry was slightly higher quality than just gold-plated. I am happy with some of the things I bought, but two of the rings I paid quite a bit for are gold-plated, and within one week of wear, the gold plating was wearing off. I could have bought $2 rings from Shein for this quality, but I spent waaaay more than that. I wrote to customer service to tell them about this and I sent pictures of the rings where the silver was clearly showing through. They claimed they couldn't see the wearing. This tells me that they just don't care about customer satisfaction or running a good business.
The earrings are way overpriced and don't fit an adult's ear. Please don't waste your hard earned money on this garbage. Writing a review to warn others. Scam products
Please do not be taken in by these scammers. The earrings I ordered looked ideal on the website. When they arrived, they were so teeny tiny I could barely handle them, let alone put them in my ears. I am a petite woman but these were sized for a very young child. They will not refund on the grounds of hygiene and I am left out of pocket for something that just wasn't worth the time, money and effort. I may as well have thrown the money straight in the bin, as that is all I can do with these earrings. I will NEVER order from them again.
The earrings look like a normal size in the photos, but in reality they are extremely small—almost the same size as the earlobe piercing. They are quite expensive for such a tiny item.

They send you a single earring instead of a pair, and no way to insert it into your ear! In order to even think about using their product, you need to make another substantial purchase. I ordered the earrings I wanted and found the they weee delivered, however I never received them. Checked around with all my neighbors to no avail, no earrings. Contacted J&Co and the graciously sent a replacement pair which I received and was very happy. Great customer service!
Took a long time to receive the earrings. The rhinestone earrings and star earrings are so small I’m afraid they might go all the way through the hole. The ad photos and videos are deceiving. Not worth the price.
The diamonds did not match the size description - not even close. I had them professionally measured by a local jeweller and they were less than half the size of what they were supposed to be. J&Co denied my concern. Steer clear!
They sent me the wrong item and their “solution” was to ask me to coordinate and pay out of pocket for international shipping for the return before sending me the correct item. Customer service was horrible. They would not offer a refund or waive the return of the incorrect item. I ultimately had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. Huge waste of time!
Earrings tarnished within 4 days of wearing them, despite them claiming to be showerproof. No reply after a week of trying to contact them for a refund/return. Avoid. There is no way to leave a review on their website despite being a customer, so I'm sure all the great reviews on there are fake.
Oh why didn’t I look here before ordering :-( Tiny studs - were they photographed on someone with tiny lobes? What arrived was so teeny it’s not worth wearing. Very disappointed but after a battle of communication for the initial order I’ve given up and didn’t have the energy to complain. As others have said customer service is laborious and tardy. Never again.
Like some other reviewers, I decided to treat myself to the "14K Gold" labret earrings and I am I skeptical about the quality and amount of gold. The tiny earrings are also sharp and hollow. On top of the expensive rip-off jewelry, I had to pay €100 in customs fees as the items shipped from Singapore. This was not made clear during the order process. There is some customs fees info buried in the footer but information on customs charges should be make explicit during the checkout process.
Horrible. I ordered solid 14k earrings. First off they dont come in pairs. They are so much smaller than you could ever expect. So incredibly difficult to put in the ear. Does not come with any tools to put through hole. Both earrings i ordered came apart within days of putting them in. Lost the earrings bc they of course fell out and are so tiny I will never find them.

Do not ever buy from them! Bought the hoops and they were so flimsy and unwearable. Customer service kept asking for videos (twice in different angles), assessed the fault and suggested a replacement. Sought out a refund instead and have yet to hear back. It's been 2 weeks since the whole ordeal and approaching 3.

Unexpected fees after purchase are never acceptable. I received a FedEx invoice for shipping charges that should have been included from the start. Customer service’s solution was for me to pay first and accept only partial reimbursement. This lack of transparency is frustrating and disappointing. I will not be ordering from this company again.
