I have been trying for over a week now…
I have been trying for over a week now to return my order, which arrived two weeks too late, after paying expedited delivery. I have opened several 'tickets' and also opened them via Live Chat. Live Chat state that they can't help you with after sales, but will create yet another ticket! In other words, they are only there to help with orders, and get your money. I most certainly have not received a response within 24 hours, as stated in another review answer. It is a shame, as I was going to order eight dresses for another wedding next year, but with service like this, I would be sceptical to do so. I am also disappointed that staff can take the time to respond to reviews, but not to customers.
