The dress I purchased was beautifully made, with great quality fabrics. The colour I wanted, Sage Green, was true to the colour of the dress shown in the photos on the website. Material swatches can be purchased first if you're not sure about the colour. The dress fitted me very well. When I ordered it, I knew I would need to have it taken up as I'm 5'2". I decided not to have it altered by JJ's House. I wanted to try it on first and get it taken up once I knew what shoes I was going to wear with it. The dress I wanted was in stock, so it arrived as per the delivery dates quoted to me when I ordered it. Overall, I'm very happy with my dress. I would definitely recommend JJ's House to anyone looking for a dress for a special occasion because of their large range of designs and colours, and their excellent quality.

I ordered a custom sized garment. What I received was very obviously just off the shelf and about 3 sizes too large. To tailor would cost $300 - that's how big it was! The company is very dishonest and thus far refuses to issue a refund. I intend to pursue this further. DO NOT RECOMMEND JJs HOUSE.

Avoid Ordered two dresses one of the dresses was not stitched right too loose even ordered one size small. Promised they would refund in full but shipping costs deducted from refund. I understand if we returned for no reason but we were sent faulty dress. Re: Say what you want to say size was not right it was at least 2 inches loose and also I bought the dresses for my daughters thinking they will wear same dresses but whats the point of keeping one total rubbish company….waste of money and waste of time.

The sizes come up very small! I couldn't try my dress on for 3 weeks as id broken my back. When I tried it on it was a beautiful dress but tiny. Asked if I could return it. No. £152 down the drain! Id like another on their site but im not throwing good money after bad. Theyre an American company. Id avoid in future

Although I looked through quite a few different websites while searching for my wedding dress, I kept finding that my favourite dresses were all on JJ's House. They have such a huge range of styles, so choosing was definitely the hardest part!! I think I had around 10 dresses saved to my wishlist before finally narrowing it down to three favourites. When the dresses arrived, they were all exactly as pictured with all the lovely details, and I found the sizing chart to be accurate to the measurements listed. I am so happy to have found my wedding dress and would definitely recommend JJ's House to anyone looking for a special occasion dress. Another reason I would recommend JJ's House is their customer service. The team were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and always replied in less than 24 hours. They made me feel listened to, answered all my questions, and were really supportive when I needed to return the dresses I sadly didn't choose. The return process was super straightforward and my refund was back in my account within the same day.
