Avoid
I spend a couple of months per year in Singapore and foolishly I've stuck with Grab for food deliveries despite it being absolutely awful. I don't think I've ever had a delivery on time, the support is terrible and the app interface is garbage. Additionally their non-phone website doesn't seem to work if I use a VPN. I think I'll try deliveroo in future (I'd use foodpanda but their setup is too stupid to handle my foreign address and/or phone number)
