Beware…

Best love what you order from these people because they don't stand by their products and make it near impossible but costly to return when they are defective. I ordered a purse from them recently. It's next to impossible to close the clasp without spending 20 minutes trying to close it securely. It's unusable if I can't secure it. They refuse to send a prepaid return label and expect me to pay to return it. I'm wanting to return it because it's useless. They offered me $20 to go out and buy a new button. If I did that I would also have to pay a repair person to sew it on. Ridiculous.

Worst Customer Service Imaginable.

While Buykud styles are attractive, their customer service couldn't get much worse. With the quarantine, being stuck at home bored, I ordered lots of product. Six of the items looked ridiculous on me and I tried to return them. I emailed them many times to get a return address and label. This took forever. They claimed they never received my request. Not true. When they FINALLY responded they said the timeframe to return the clothing had passed. I could return the items to Australia or China at my expense. What a joke. After going back and forth they gave me a $75.00 credit. Six items of clothing is quite a bit more than $75.00. I'm in Texas. Why would I pack up the items, go to the post office or UPS and pay to return the package overseas. Duhh. I suggested to them they look at Anthropologies return procedures which is as smooth as it would possibly be. They aren't even pleasant to deal with. Now I'm stuck with 6 items which will most likely be donated to charity. I'll never purchase from Buykud again. This isn't a reputable way to run a retail company
