DISGUSTING COMPANY
If I could give zero stars then I would. It is clear from other reviews this company is absolutely shocking. They advise me that my wedding shoes were delivered to my front porch, funny as I don't have a front porch. They then advise that as Yodel has confirmed this they will not do anything. Again I explained I do not have a front porch. They then provided me with a document from Yodel telling me the shoes were delivered to a front porch at half 9 in the morning. Considering I was home, this is a complete lie. They then offer a refund of delivery for my next purchase, laughable as I clearly would never use them again. They then offer 50% of my delivery cost (£11.50 as you know this company charges a ridiculous amount for delivery) but considering I have not received the shoes this is disgusting. I then was told it was left under a post box which looked like a barn, this was my front door which is on a main road, so they have finally admitted this was not in a front porch but still stating it has been delivered. They have offered the same refund of 50% delivery cost. I cannot be bothered wasting my time which such a shocking, disgusting company. This has been going on for over 2 weeks and still no refund provided or anything. Just been told I am clearly a liar but yet they noticed I don't have a front porch. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. WEDDINGS ARE STRESSFUL ENOUGH WITHOUT DEALING WITH THIS NON-SERVICE!
