Broken new S4 dryer - replaced in 2 days!
Purchased an S4 dryer and bundle of 3 Kgs of filament. The dryer arrived a couple of days later, the filament was in the region of a week later. Dryer was faulty on arrival and I could hear a screw or two loose inside so I wanted to return/swap this unit. Contacted Sunlu on their email addresses, but understood they are in China so would have to wait until the next morning for a reply. They asked for a video of the issue which I sent and the same day they dispatched a new unit. That got to me before the filament arrived! Can't really fault them for response or service - it was excellent to be honest. I don't doubt that some may have had bad experiences, but both my purchases have been smooth. Why the 4 stars? Well, the day my first dryer arrived, I received an email on a promotion for an S4 dryer and 3Kgs of filament for some £28 cheaper than I had just paid. Just found that poor.
