Order placed but never shipped
My order was supposed to be shipped within 3-4 days after it was placed. Five days after the order was placed I contacted them to ask about the status and the no reply was received. No e-mail was received from the vendor and the only communication happened through Reddit. No threats were made. Just the simple fact that I would be contacting my bank to request a chargeback since the order has not been either sent or refunded. The vendor then proceeded to offer a partial refund of the original order (?) upon hearing the magical word of “chargeback”. If you want to risk placing orders to have them shipped sometime in the future, do so at your other risk.
