Good experience overall

Cards came a little late, but that is expected when ordering abroad, the cards were amazing, authentic and good quality, would order from here again

Great sellers

Great sellers! Great communication. Top class service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just do it.

When I first came across this website I thought it was too good to be true. In the Pokémon TCG world if something is too good to be true then it almost always is. 🚩 But this website has absolutely blown me away, I decided to take the ‘risk’ with an exclusive card for my first purchase. It arrived beautifully, easy to contact via instagram and I imagine email too. They are so transparent and DO NOT inflate prices, they are truly one of few in the community with integrity. My chase item of the year has just come in stock and I have ordered it. Cannot wait for it to arrive, couldn’t recommend this website more.

Top!

Buy with confidence! Items are so well packaged, it's like you bought them yourself at a store. Reasonably priced as well. Overall great experience!

Very positive experience

Very, very positive experience. Well-packaged, quick delivery, 0 problems or issues. Once it was a delay, because somehow my order was lost, but we solved it really quickly and I even received a partial refund. They do really care, because once I've asked about the possibility to send me a case, and they did it =) So, highly recommended!

Great seller in a sea of frauds

I stumbled upon this seller on social media and at first glance I was a little bit suspicious because the everything seemed too good to be true. I paid for half a case terastal gathering and a few other goodies, I live in europe and it arrived within 2 weeks after ordering. I could not believe everything went so smoothly. The customer service react very fast and is personable, very nice to talk to real people! Absolute treat to be a customer of this company, a rarity in this industry! Very much recommended :)

Very recommended

I just bought 1 terastal grand gathering from this website they have a wide range variant of products, good prices, excellent packaging.

They do care in the end.

Background (This used to be a one star review): On 6th April 2025, I won one the early giveaways that Imaginedyouthcollectibles announced, a Chinese Master Set Binder. I was beyond thrilled. But that was 64 weeks ago as of today. I have never received the binder. While I contacted on 16th May 2026, over a year later, telling them that I have never received said binder from the giveaway, they promised to look into it. I am trying to check in with them every week via Instagram, but the last 4 weeks they have left me on read basically and the last message has not even been opened. I am beyond disappointed. As they stated in an Instagram message, that I screenshotted, that this binder would now be worth a pretty penny, I doubt they even shipped it in the first place. If you guys are reading this I am, again, beyond disappointed, and have screenshotted and downloaded the reel you announced me as the winner as well as screenshotted my online account with the order number to proof that it was really me. Overall I find this appalling. I am currently, as per UK law, verifying if, due to the now high price of the binder, I can file a MCOL (Money Claim Online) for the value of said giveaway, as I find the lack of responses honestly appalling and it shows that they absolutely either don't care about their customers and community or they pretend to care and everything is just a big scam. Overall, while their products may ship and may arrive in a timely manner, the overall communication and care is non-existing and outright disappointing. Edit: 07/09/2026 I have received the giveaway now. It arrived on Tuesday 01/09/2026. I am thankful and happy that the issue was resolved in the end. The reason why I changed it to a four star review is that, while the issue and lack of communication was resolved, it only was resolved because of the 1-Star review I left above. I felt left hanging and was, rightfully so, upset. So I feel that the now 4 Star review is justified in this case. If the communication over the past year would've been a bit better, I would have left a 5 Star review. No doubt. All of that being said, after they fulfilled the giveaway, I do have trust in them again, and will continue to order from IYC in the future.

The most transparent and kind company

I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. The customer service is impeccable, they answer any questions as quickly as possible and always in the most friendly and polite manner. The shipping does take a while since it comes from China, but the prices, quality and service make everything worth the wait!! I couldn't recommend this company enough, their transparency is so refreshing and I truly believe that they're doing an amazing job at helping to combat the insane scalping prices and toxic attitudes involved in the hobby lately. 1000% will make other purchases in the future.

Best, Fast, Secure, Supportive

One of the best company who ı can trust their shipping quality, team members are always taking care of you, so many options on cards to figures, prices are reasonable 🙏🙏 İf ım looking something exclusive İYC is the only one 🔥

The Real Deal... Extremely Happy Customer!

Wholesale buyer here... Me and my customer base love what Pokemon China are doing with their sets and did long before the recent boom! and thus.. Finding a secure place to buy direct from china was a must but can be challenging with Chinese Pokemon cards. I took the chance with IYC after asking a youtuber friend (check IYC's instagram) who they've collabed with if they are legit. They reassured me they were and the rest is history. Packaging: They pack their stuff better than anyone else I've bought from, including from the UK, Japan, S. Korea or indeed their counterparts in China. Shipping will take a couple of weeks for the cheapest options but it's well worth it. They handle all the customs for ease on this method. What you see is what you pay + shipping, and my tracking updated once the local carrier received the parcel which for me was Royal Mail/Parcel Force). The only regret I have is not finding IYC before the boom, because I have been buying Chinese product frequently as I say, for a long time. Overall IYC are a class act and are incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with they even as far as letting me know if there is cheaper products available for example when cases are cheaper than loose boxes they let me know before they complete the invoice, far better communication and care than many suppliers I've spent tens of thousands if not more with. I saw a comment somewhere saying IYC are a wholesome company and I couldn't agree more. Hopes this review helps anyone looking into IYC Buy with confidence! Thank you!
