The orders are always perfectly packaged. Pricing is extremely fair and the communication is sublime. They put in effort to sell products of huge demand in limited quantities at different times so people from everywhere have the chance to buy them. You might also be surprised to find extra goodies with your order sometimes.

I bought some lovely pokémon cards packs called hongbao where you would get randomized full art and a booster to celebrate the new year. Prices were definitely affordable and I thought the idea quite nice! Order was shipped quickly enough and was very well packaged with no risk of damage done to the cards. They are all very good quality, and some of the art is absolutely wonderful! I unfortunately suffered some disappointment as I had bought a x5 bundle and ended up with extremely similar packs, like they had not been properly mixed before being sent out. I reached out to the company to let them know and was genuinely surprised when they took this matter to heart as it did not reflect the experience they were selling! We found an agreement to fix it, which I sincerely appreciated. This interaction with their customer service make them stand out for me, as it is clear they take their clients' satisfaction seriously. Would definitely consider buying from again, if I ever see more things I am interested in!

Hey George, Thanks for the review. We are very sorry we missed your first email! We have actually tried to contact you 4 times via email and 3 times on Instagram since then to offer you a shipping refund, but haven't received a reply. Your order was delayed because it was stuck in customs. We handle the import fees from China to the UK so that you don't have to pay them, which means the tracking doesn't update until the item is handed to Royal Mail. Please check your messages so we can resolve this for you! Absolute pleasure buying from Imagined Youth Collectibles. They’re doing a great job of placing TCG product in the hands of players like me for an actual normal price compared to those scalping on eBay. My order was supposed to be shipped within 3-4 days after it was placed. Five days after the order was placed I contacted them to ask about the status and the no reply was received. No e-mail was received from the vendor and the only communication happened through Reddit. No threats were made. Just the simple fact that I would be contacting my bank to request a chargeback since the order has not been either sent or refunded. The vendor then proceeded to offer a partial refund of the original order (?) upon hearing the magical word of “chargeback”. If you want to risk placing orders to have them shipped sometime in the future, do so at your other risk.
This user's left a negative review after being banned from our store, and not for the captioned reason. This order was cancelled and the customer banned from our store solely due to a violation of our zero-tolerance policy regarding abusive behavior, threats and blackmail. After requesting a refund, this customer resorted to threats, harassment, and blackmail against our staff rather than simply confirming the cancellation details, as we had requested. We showed the client screenshots and email proof of replies on Reddit and Email, which the client had ignored. Then, when caught trying to lie and manipulate our staff, the pattern harassment continued, they stated they would chargeback to cause us banking charges and leave multiple negative reviews (even though the order had been cancelled due to their attitude by then). We do not accept intimidation tactics. A quick look at this user’s Trustpilot profile reveals a documented pattern of similar behavior toward other businesses. We stand by our staff and our decision. This customer unfortunately, continues to update their review aggressively with misinformation and lies, as due to being banned and blocked, have no other way to contact and threaten us.
Absolutely one the BEST TCG store out there for Chinese cards—and now they even sell Japanese cards too, which makes them even better! 🙌🔥 I’ve been buying from them for a long time, and they have never disappointed me once. Every order is packed carefully, arrives in great condition, and is always exactly as described. Their prices are fair, their selection is amazing, and they’re constantly improving their stock. What really makes them stand out, though, is their customer service. If there’s ever a problem (which is rare), they’re always there to help and fix it quickly. No excuses, no delays—just honest, reliable support. That kind of trust is hard to find these days. If you’re serious about collecting Chinese or Japanese cards, this is THE store to go to. IYC are fantastic. I have purchased from them for a couple of years now and they never fail. Always found they can't be beaten for price and the communication / shipping is fast and accurate (to the UK). I've been shopping with Imagined Youth for years now, their prices are always the best, beating any other Chinese suppliers I've seen, zero hidden fees (they pay the imports for you, so you don't have to worry about it from the shipping company) and amazingly kind and helpful customer service!! Does not reply to messages. Overcharges on products that can be found elsewhere. If you try to cancel an order even before item has been shipped they will charge you a 10% cancellation fee. Plenty of other websites that sell same products. I wish I had known sooner. A new website I found since is silvermine TCG

While we admit Instagram DMs aren't always instant (which is why our dedicated support email has a 48-hour guarantee), we are unsure how 40+ messages is "not replying." Regarding the pricing: It’s surprising to hear this now, considering you previously messaged us stating, "Thank you for the great prices." Your frustration seems to stem from the "First Partner Vol. 2" boxes, which were purchased with a very clear, bold disclaimer that you agreed to: "First Partner Vol. 2 boxes are releasing well above MSRP... You're welcome to secure a box now at the current market price, but if prices drop later, we won't be able to offer refunds... Buying now guarantees your unit; waiting may get a better price—but we can't guarantee future stock." We were transparent that we cannot control the volatile Pokémon market or manufacturer supply. We gave you the choice to wait for a price drop or secure the stock immediately; you chose the latter. Regarding the cancellation fee: This isn't a punishment. That 10% covers the non-refundable international banking fees we incur when processing your payment. If a person reaches out to us with a mistake in ordering or needs to cancel for a real reason before the item has shipped, we often do reduce this a little. It also serves as a necessary deterrent against bots that try to instant-buy hundreds of items, ensuring real collectors like you actually get a chance to buy products on release. On a lighter note: We actually agree with you on one thing! Silvermine TCG is a fantastic store with a long-standing reputation. We rate them highly, and if you are in the UK and we are out of stock, we’d recommend them too. We wish you the best in your future collecting.
