Great customer service!
I bought some lovely pokémon cards packs called hongbao where you would get randomized full art and a booster to celebrate the new year. Prices were definitely affordable and I thought the idea quite nice! Order was shipped quickly enough and was very well packaged with no risk of damage done to the cards. They are all very good quality, and some of the art is absolutely wonderful! I unfortunately suffered some disappointment as I had bought a x5 bundle and ended up with extremely similar packs, like they had not been properly mixed before being sent out. I reached out to the company to let them know and was genuinely surprised when they took this matter to heart as it did not reflect the experience they were selling! We found an agreement to fix it, which I sincerely appreciated. This interaction with their customer service make them stand out for me, as it is clear they take their clients' satisfaction seriously. Would definitely consider buying from again, if I ever see more things I am interested in!
