They do care in the end.
Background (This used to be a one star review): On 6th April 2025, I won one the early giveaways that Imaginedyouthcollectibles announced, a Chinese Master Set Binder. I was beyond thrilled. But that was 64 weeks ago as of today. I have never received the binder. While I contacted on 16th May 2026, over a year later, telling them that I have never received said binder from the giveaway, they promised to look into it. I am trying to check in with them every week via Instagram, but the last 4 weeks they have left me on read basically and the last message has not even been opened. I am beyond disappointed. As they stated in an Instagram message, that I screenshotted, that this binder would now be worth a pretty penny, I doubt they even shipped it in the first place. If you guys are reading this I am, again, beyond disappointed, and have screenshotted and downloaded the reel you announced me as the winner as well as screenshotted my online account with the order number to proof that it was really me. Overall I find this appalling. I am currently, as per UK law, verifying if, due to the now high price of the binder, I can file a MCOL (Money Claim Online) for the value of said giveaway, as I find the lack of responses honestly appalling and it shows that they absolutely either don't care about their customers and community or they pretend to care and everything is just a big scam. Overall, while their products may ship and may arrive in a timely manner, the overall communication and care is non-existing and outright disappointing. Edit: 07/09/2026 I have received the giveaway now. It arrived on Tuesday 01/09/2026. I am thankful and happy that the issue was resolved in the end. The reason why I changed it to a four star review is that, while the issue and lack of communication was resolved, it only was resolved because of the 1-Star review I left above. I felt left hanging and was, rightfully so, upset. So I feel that the now 4 Star review is justified in this case. If the communication over the past year would've been a bit better, I would have left a 5 Star review. No doubt. All of that being said, after they fulfilled the giveaway, I do have trust in them again, and will continue to order from IYC in the future.
