This is fraud!!!
Phone was delivered to a neighbour who went on holidays, so received it more than 2 weeks later. Phone came like this survey without a single word of instructions in a European language. This was supplied from and for Europe! It never worked as set-up process did not finish. Efox refused to honour my right to cancel the purchase in spite of European and German trading standards. Case had to be referred to Paypal for a decision.
