Bought a phone that came with a spearker that didnt word bad/at all. Gave them the phone for a repair waited almost 10 mounts, gave us a brand new phone that turned off and didnt start up again. They REFUSED to repair it and that we needed to go to someone to fix it (in coudnt). We want a refund.
No warranty term fulfillment at all I bought 2 smartphones 1. Elephone P8 Max . Touch screen started not to respond at certain part after 9 month. 2. Umidigi Z2 started to turn off continuously every 2-10 minutes with no reason after 5 month. The shop is advertising 1 year warranty and initial step to contact their service department by email. At first request they ask to arrange factory reset. Once that done couple times but without any improvements they do not respond to any further e-mails nor reminders (neither web, e-mail, nor facebook). No repair, no replacement,no refund, no warranty....
During buying process, everything was great, arrived quickly from EU warehouse, used PayPal as additional guarantee. But as my Roborock experienced issue and Xiaomi warranty is arranged through seller, this seller refuses to repair or give warranty service. Suggest not to buy from this shop
Unreliable company. I am waiting for 9 months for a refund. Never received any reliable mail. The person in charge is JD, but this person is not willing to solve the matter. They have me "on the hook" !

Scam, fraudulent service, ... Avoid it at all cost! My mistake, this one I didn't check it out before making a purchase. Same as other customers I see their reviews here now, made a claim but didn't reply at all so had to contact PayPal. Basically the solution is to return the device to ... China! and to run myself with the expenses. So I would ended paying almost the same amount and left without the device. This about customer service (inexistent with the customer). About the device: it was obviously hacked, installing apps automatically and updating them too even if I had disabled that feature. Displaying constantly blocking pop-ups with adult content and kids games (and for those who would make a joke about this, im not that sick). When browsing internet redirecting you to pages I had never ever access at any time even as home page. Just now it happened this last 2 things while writing this review. What the hell is verdictcarrot.club. in a summary I cannot trust this phone and its security. Oh, and you are not able to write a review in the website and many of the "like" or "share" objects in the page are fake.
Purchased a phone through efox and another company the same day. Two weeks later the item send by the other service arrived item fro. HK and efox refused to respond, the item had not passed processing stage. Read the reviews and atomatically Cancelled with PayPal be careful. Not a good experience
Absolute scammers. I bought a phone from them and got a broken and used one. When I asked for a refund, I had to send the phone to China. Still nothing has recovered me for two months now and no longer responds to messages. .

Few days ago I ordered a smartphone(nokia X7)from this stupid site.. since this site shows a low price I ordered one.. till this time when I click order it says processing.. Now I lose money and I tried to reach them via messenger,gmail and I've alreaady send them 50 messages with in 2 days and still no reply at all.. Now I am going to conusmer court for compensations.. I won't recommend this site to anyone.. fraudulant beware!!!!

I bought 2 mobile phones but at first they were not sent. Because of being confused (no tracking information, phones still in cart) because I thought PayPal payment wasn't successful I paid a second time. After I realized my mistake efox (Aukey) was not available. No mail arrived their shop. With a delay of 35 days both deliveries of 2x2 phones arrived at the same day together. Many mails later efox still ignoring my desire being refunded for the second delivery and taking it back I am fed up with them
Never buy from EfoxShop they are professional Robbers, i bought 2 dash Cameras a round 300$, and after 2 weeks i sent an email , they don't answer, after that 3 week i called Paypal, and the company sent me an email so as to close the ticket if i need my order, you see they answer me when Paypal has blocker their Credit account. i don't know why they are not honest you buy and you wait 3 weeks without sending the parcel,and i paid an express shipping with purolator for 46$US... company of mother f.....
Ordered a phone with "Shipping from EU" after a week parcel still wasn't shipped. After one week they asked to pay additional 8 euro for shipping. So I requested to refund my order, but since that still waiting for refund. Efox-shop.com is a scam web site, probably from 10 orders they send only 1. I'd rather will pay extra 20-30 euro, but at least I will get my order.
Guys are a joke. I bought a Nokia 6 from european stock and I discovered it is CN Version (TA-1054). I had asked and had told me "International Version" Advertised Bands were completely wrong! Installed Rom was a customized OLD rom, of 7.1 for which you could not update! Even if you buy from European stock, if you are unsatisfied (because you discovered that they lie about the supported bands), they ask you to return it to China and pay for the return fee and whatever else they will discover they need to add (restocking fee). Additionally they do not allow you to write review. You try and you get "server error"!. I think posted reviews are fake. Beware!!!

I bought an Elephone Soldier model from them, right after the arrival I experienced problems with speakers (I was not able to make or accept calls) and noticed them about the issue. As it was after 15 days (17 days or so) they wanted me to send the phone back for repair but refused to refund. So I suggested them to buy another model, pay for it and send back the faulty one. They agreed on money refund after they check that the phone is intact and still under warranty. My replacement phone arrived to me and the faulty phone arrived to them. Now they still refuse to refund me for the faulty phone so I either do not have the phone or the money. My extra time and expenses will never be covered by anybody. At the end I must say that the robbed me in a disgusting way, not keeping their part of the written!!! agreement (e-mails). This was my fourth and the last purchase from them, they simply must either be stupid not understanding English language or a highly skilled robbers and liars. I rather vote for the second option. BEWARE of that company!
I am very happy with the purchase of an affordable high quality naked eye 3D phone by SuperD at eFox. The gold colour was out of stock but they immediately suggested a silver version instead. Once accepted by me, it took nine days only for the parcel to travel from China to my house. The eFox staff is very polite and helpful. They kept in touch with me nearly everyday, answering all my questions and suggestions for new products that I would like to buy. Thus, I feel very confident in their professionalism. The phone itself is gorgeous and gives a brilliant naked eye 3D experience. I am in love with it! Therefore, I will shop at eFox again.
Worst customer service I've ever met. All the phones (5) I bought there landed in a garbage can soon. No refund, no real fix.
I have bought an Elephone Soldier Smartphone whitch is arrived on time and undamaged.It was be about a Month ago.I have been charged for some Customs costs but Efox-shop promises to refund part of this costs. So,I hope that will be as is promesed. Still waiting.
