2 weeks in waiting, i got hooked because of EU shipping in 3-5 days which is total lie.

Do not buy from them

1. High prices - though they always show sale and dicounts in reality prices higher than in ali. 2. Poor or no service at all - though they mention replace or refund, in reality they do not accept such cases. Even if you present them photos of defective goods and terms of refund and return they always say this is your fault. 3. Not frendly at all, very difficult to get response and finally you get reply that this is your problem if you have defective product

Bad company

Bad company , maybe even a fraud , will find out soon . Ordered a phone 18 days ago from europe wharehouse to european country . from day one it is in proccess in country of origin , no status update since day one , company wont reply on emails nor social media , i think they just robbed me 200$ update i received my item 1 month after the deadline of their shipping refference. very poor customer service close to non existant . i dont no reccoemend buying from this site.

Good customer service

Even though in my first order was stolen by someone at DHL they followed it up and as soon as DHL admitted their mistake. And even though they didn't have to do it they offered me a 25€ discount on my next purchase. Since the thing that was stolen by a DHL employé was a phone I used the coupon for another phone. Which made it all the way to Belgium quick and in one piece.

Lost phone after warranty repair.

I bought Umidigi telephone in Efox shop last year. Only a few months later the display of telephone stop working. After I contacted Efox for warranty they suggest me to send telephone to China service - that was in the beginning of January 2018. They advised that I need to send it by Regular Post service (?!) on my costs of course. It took 2 months that the phone arrived to China. One week later they contacted me that I need to pay additional 20€ for shipping costs. I paid. Now it is end of August and I still have not received the phone back. I contacted them many times and the answer was always the same - "Be patient, we will arrange it..., you will receive tracking number soon, etc.". They also declined to return the money for lost phone. So I think that they are very unprofessional and in my case they also cheat me not only for the price of phone but also for additional amount of money. I highly recommend - do not buy in this shop... I ordered phone that was in stock

I ordered phone that was in stock, after a week with no activity i contacted them. They said that the phone is out of stock and that i can buy anotherone. There was no intention from their side to inform me about order status. After some mails the agreed to refund me, but they are stalling with a refund. Paypal dispute was filed

Stay away no matter how cheap the price!!

Only 1 star for the initial price, but as an overall experience after the deal, I would give only zero (0) stars for this company. Long story short. Chinese company masked as European, sends the ordered product from inside EU, but does not have repair shop inside EU. So in case of warranty repair, you have to send the product to China and e-fox shop does not cover the postage and possible customs when sending to China AND back from China. So be prepared to pay 30-50€ + possible custom tax when getting you product to warranty repair. Also be prepared to to wait 1-3 months from starting the warranty e-mail conversation to getting working product back to your hands. Worst customer experience in my whole life. Stay away from this company.

The purchased smartphone ulefone Power3 is great. But the behavior of the shop staff is that of a scammer. . When my originally ordered and via PayPal paid smartphone "VERNEE V2 PRO 6GB RAM 64GB" in PreSale for 234,99 € plus 15, - € delivery was long not available and my own smartphone was no longer loading I asked Efoxshop for a change of purchase object after "ulefone power3" and unfortunately from europe. ulefone power3 will be delivered for free from Europe for only 204.99 €. . And then the game started: There was a different question every day until I wanted to cancel the purchase. Since than was told that the smartphone is traveling to me. Then I realized that they were not sending the smartphone from Europe but from Hong Kong. China But OK. Now, however, a sum remains: I have already paid 249.99 € paid for "VERNEE V2 PRO 6GB RAM 64GB" The new "ulefone Power3" phone costs in China 204.99 € plus transport 15, - € which is 219.99 €. I expect a credit of 30, - €. When I contacted the Efox shop staff on the credit I got the following email: . "So sorry this product VDMHAULFBP3_GLD is cut in price now. So very sorry, it has not been the price when you place the order. If you want a coupon, you can give us a good feedback with 5 stars, Hightly appreciate if you can leave a good feedback with 5 stars above. After you left, positive feedback, pls send us a screenshot, then we will give you a coupon EUR 8." . Is the behavior of an honest and reputable trader just to undercut the credit and blackmail me to pay only € 8 back. I feel like I'm in I'm ripped off and I'll never go shopping again or recommend my family, friends or working colleagues to go shopping at Efox-Shop. Shame on you.

Be very careful with this fraudulent and dishonest website. You pay for an article and they won’t send you anything, Besides there will be no communication at all !!! We have decided to file a complaint and proceed legally with Chinese authorities, so that this type of thieves can be sued and cannot continue stealing and cheating people internationally with impunity online and on a regular basis. In the meantime, we will also launch an internet campaign to report permanently this fraudulent website and help to prevent eventual future buyers of electronic products to fall into the Efox trap. Efox = Efraude !
