Good customer service
Even though in my first order was stolen by someone at DHL they followed it up and as soon as DHL admitted their mistake. And even though they didn't have to do it they offered me a 25€ discount on my next purchase. Since the thing that was stolen by a DHL employé was a phone I used the coupon for another phone. Which made it all the way to Belgium quick and in one piece.
