Never again
First time to order smartphone 17 january.,. Supposed to be delivered today friday 29th january around 12-1PM.. 3 pm still no sign.. I tracked my parcel Via dpd.. found out it was delivered unsuccessful.. MY shipping address on their invoice Is my name name and company's name (because no one in the house) Lo and behold they just put my name and company's address , (NO COMPANY'S NAME)How on earth will the delivery guy know where to deliver? Cause its an industrial estate every company have the same address... Been hours calling dpd, to no avail.. either its just ringing or busy... Now I am left with changing delivery date and try and hoping to see the delivery van in the business compound.. I have no problem with wonda mobile,,, A little bit of savings is not worth it.. 10/02/2021 I AM EDITING THIS REVIEWS AS ETOREN, STATED THAT ITS WAS DPD,FAULT.. I DO APPRECIATE THEIR CONSTANT COMMUNICATION AND WILL DO BUSINESS AGAIN SOON.. ALL THE BEST! FERNANDO
