Booked a hotel through Expedia…
Booked a hotel through Expedia (Prestige Agadir Hotel, now being referred to as Hôtel Khalij Agadir (72073480481510)) And it was a nightmare from the moment we got there. Hotel definitely not a 5* and we raised complaints about the room every single day and nothing really got resolved. Even spoke to two managers who promised to resolve, but failed to do anything (even as low as providing a disposable shaving kit took 5 days!!!!!) Raised this with Expedia who seem to be just as bad with their customer service. Avoid Expedia with a barge pole, if anything goes wrong they are not there to support you!! Update- they want me to contact them through the help centre!!!, they having a laugh, I’ve given the details and they can’t even be bothered to reach out to me directly … speaks volumes!!
