Purchased the Yota 2 from their site with Zollversischerung. When I send them the scan of the zoll paper, they proposed a coupon to cover the full costs of import or to reimburse the agreed upon amount (described in their documentation). The phone came in its original box packed in a padded envelope and using DHL-Express - sufficient packaging in this case. It arrived in a reasonable time. Happy to have made the deal.
