In my opinion, what distinguishes this company above all is its exceptional customer service. I encountered an issue with downloading and converting a video using Surfast 2, repeatedly receiving the error message “Error 0%.” Despite attempting to download the video using the largest video site available, I was unsuccessful. I promptly contacted customer service, where I was assisted by Charlene, who provided exceptional support. In response to my request, Charlene collaborated with their development team to release a new, updated version specifically for my Mac. As a result, the issue has been resolved, and the software now functions as intended. I am highly satisfied with this software, which is user-friendly and enables me to download videos from a wide range of websites. Therefore, I wholeheartedly recommend this software and this company.
