From a very happy customer

Customer service super efficient. Had technical issues solution in no time. Very satisfying experience using the application over the years.

Surflex Screen Recorder

Surflex Screen Recorder is an excellent product which works really well ona Mac. Best of all though is the customer service from Nabla Mind.

SURFAST Video downloader is illegal to distribute software

This is just a standard illegal to distribute closed source GUI for a bog standard youtube downloader. This is an illegal distribution of GPLv3 licensed FFMPEG.EXE in a closed source proprietary licensed commercial product which is completely prohibited by the GPLv3 license the text of which is not included, the youtube and other site download performed by the open source utility yt-dlp.exe This developer steals and illegally redistributes copyright software as their own.

Support response has truly impressed me

Surfast has truly impressed me. Its application is incredibly useful and has significantly improved my workflow. However, what truly sets it apart is the exceptional customer support team. Their response times are remarkably fast, and I’ve had questions answered within hours.

I’m a content creator

I’m a content creator, and I’ve been using several tools from Nabla Mind in my workflow, including their products such as SurFast Video Downloader, SurFlex Screen Recorder, and Super Logo. Overall, the experience has been solid and practical for day-to-day content production. The screen recording tool is especially useful for capturing tutorials, editing breakdowns, and general workflow recordings without unnecessary setup. The video downloader also does its job well, making it easier to collect reference material from different platforms when needed. Super Logo is a nice addition for quick design work when I need simple branding visuals or draft concepts. What I liked most is how straightforward the tools are. They don’t try to overcomplicate things, and everything feels fairly lightweight and easy to use. For creators who care more about getting things done quickly rather than dealing with complex software, this is a strong point. Performance has been stable in my experience, and the tools fit well into a content creation pipeline, especially for YouTube-style production and social media content. There are more advanced tools out there depending on professional needs, but Nabla Mind does a good job at covering practical use cases for creators who want speed, simplicity, and reliability. Overall, it’s been a positive experience using their products, and they’ve added real value to my content workflow.

Fast Support!

I had an issue using the app so I contacted support. They got back to me quickly with a few things to check. I was able to fix the issue in a few minutes.

Mixed Experience with Superlogo macOS

Mixed Experience with Superlogo for macOS I purchased the Superlogo app for macOS hoping to quickly generate and edit high-quality logos. What works well: The app launches smoothly and image generation functions properly. Areas of concern: However, I've encountered significant usability issues. The preview images don't display in the AI Logo, My Designs, and Discovery sections, which makes it difficult to navigate and evaluate my work. Images only become visible when I enter the editing mode – this is counterintuitive and impacts the workflow. Additionally, I contacted support on May 22, 2025, regarding these issues but have not received any response to date. The lack of communication is disappointing. Technical note: I'm running the latest version of macOS. Suggestion: I would appreciate either a bug fix for the display issue or timely support communication to help resolve this.

IF YOU HIDE YOUR COSTS AND FORCE ME TO…

IF YOU HIDE YOUR COSTS AND FORCE ME TO FIND THEM YOU ARE NOT WORTH ANY OF MY TIME. YOUR GARBAGE SOFTWARE CAN CRASH AND BANKRUPT.

Their "super" logo creation app is…

Their "super" logo creation app is neither super, or creating anything. The UX involves picking a pre-defined category (no search) where you end up with a pre-generated AI logo 3 per style/category. "Endless edits" mean that you can manually edit their template, which defeats the purpose of a logo creation app in my opinion. There's no iterating or custom features in the pro pack. I've asked Bundlehunt for a refund. Save your money and ask ChatGPT instead. It's cheaper, and much better.

Nabla Mind SurFast Video Downloader (5 Star) Software

Nabla Mind SurFast Video Downloader is a great piece of software, not only does it allow you to download content from various sites it also allows you to extract the Audio from the Media too. I recently experienced an issue where my Activation Code failed to activate, I contacted Nabla Mind who responded in less than 24hrs with a solution. The solution was disabling my VPN, the error was caused by myself and had nothing to do with software or my Activation Code (how embarrassing was this for me) If you are looking for reliable Video Download Software I really would recommend this software to you, I rate the Customer Support as well as I do the software (both excellent indeed)

A solid app with excellent customer service

A solid app with excellent customer service! I needed to transfer my license to a new computer and got a personal, human response the very next day that took care of the whole situation in one go. I was so impressed!

Excellent...

Excellent.... Very helpfull customer service and the product is easy to use !

Very Pleased, Highly Recommended.

I've used several tools like this. Surfast is the most robust, versatile and stable. Interface was a little quirky at first, but once spent the time, its working well. Had a self induced activation issue, but Charlene resolved that with a simple email within 12 hours turn around time. Very pleased, highly recommended.

Surfast Video Downloader best service!!!

I use the Surfast Video Downloader from time to time and have a lifetime licence. After I bought a new MacBook, the licence stopped working. However, when I contacted them, the team at nablamind responded very quickly and were wonderfully accommodating. I was really pleased about that! Now I can use the Surfast Video Downloader to its full potential again!

Did not work

It works well and the customer service…

It works well and the customer service is great

Delivers exactly what it promises

“The app delivers exactly what it promises. It’s lightweight and fully functional. On top of that, every time I needed support, I was genuinely assisted by the team, who fixed the bugs with incredible speed. I had never seen such a proactive support team. I highly recommend the paid version of the app, given all the conveniences it offers.

Great person and great respond

Great person and great respond time if you ever need help with anything.

An easy-to-use, flexible tool.

The program is easy to use, well documented on the company's website, and the customer support is very responsive. The program is agnostic with regard to its sources, and will capture video streams from many online sources.
