It is impossible to return any item to you.Today I revived the ordered blouse. Unfortunately it is not a color I ordered but a color that I don’t like at all.The form I should fill does not wor‘t work
It is impossible to return anything as the form you ask and show to fill for return does not work. And always the only answer from your side is „nobody is available at the desk at the moment try later“. I received a blouse today that is not similar to the item I ordered. It has an ugly green as the Basiscolor therefor the pattern looks not good at all. I would like to exchange it but I am afraid that may be the next product will also not be as shown on your offered item. I want to return. Thank you Gabriele Weltsch
