I was on the phone with a gentleman from Belize. I kept him past his work hours but he was very gracious. Your products are not easy to use and connection to irrigation timers is rocky. He worked me through it patiently and successfully. His demeanor calmed me and gave me confidence we would succeed, which isn’t always so obvious with your equipment.
