Suppose to check-in tomorrow and hotel as no reservation in my name!!
I am currently stressing out. I am due to stay at Best Western Country Squire hotel in Gananoque, ON tomorrow night and there is no record of my reservation. Used Trip Advisor which directed my to Olotels.com with the best price and an available room. Tried emailing them but they say a response takes 48hrs. I don't have 48 hrs. Definitely not worth the stress. I will be out the money for the 3 night stay plus the cost for another hotel. Not reliable at all. Oh and I can't call the number they list, it isn't working from my phone. Just a huge scam. Update: I have updated my rating because Olotels emailed me and verified all was ok with my booking. I had no problems when checking in and was able to get a room at a hotel that was otherwise completely booked. I would definitely use Olotels again.
