My order was split and failed delivery
My order was split. The first part of my order went ‘astray’ with Evri. I called them immediately and they referred me to Anthropology. I messaged the Ai service and initially it was helpful but then kept repeating itself. I then emailed but the person did not read my email properly and kept saying it was still on its way. Eventually a week later after lengthy wait for any reply I called and spoke to a person. It was another 3 days before my refund. The frustration was no one actually listening and spending a whole day talking to an I bot
