Very happy with the way they resolve the problems
I initially I had some problems with booking but then I received so much support to resolve the problem.I received so many phone calls and e-mail by very helpfull customer service. Even after I had a problem I will still use this webside becuase in case of any problems I know that it will be resolved by customer service. To be honest I never been treated that good after making complaint. I received 10% booking refund as a compensation for inconvenience . Thank You very much I will recommend You to all my friends.
