On September 28th, your aircon tech team promptly arrived at the scheduled time to assess a noise issue with my unit. The tech lead's expertise (Jiang Hong) was evident as he quickly identified and resolved the fault after dismantling the unit. Since then, there has been no recurrence of the noise.
