Absolutely terrible experience to return an item. From Scotland had to return to France through Royal mail. Every email notification was in French. Then they received the return and we have not received a refund. I've emailed the address on website which does not exist and phoned the number which is never open and left a message. I spent £50 for the item, sent back promptly and no refund or way of speaking to anyone.
