HORRIBLE Experience with them!
What followed was extremely disappointing. Instead of providing a proper solution, Coleman Furniture offered a $65 credit on a $2,000 purchase—which is not a reasonable resolution by any standard. I requested either a replacement or a fair adjustment, both of which were ignored. They also mentioned picking the item up, but without a clear or completed resolution, such as a confirmed refund or replacement. After multiple attempts to escalate and speak with a manager, nothing was done. I am now left with a damaged desk and no meaningful support from the company. If something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect accountability or a proper resolution. Based on this experience, I would not recommend purchasing from them.
