AVOID AT ALL COSTS ! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !! goods arrived faulty. Stones not glued in. Have emailed at least 20 times to someone called Lexie. I was offered 5% refund. Eventually offered 20% refund but only if I left a 5 star review ! I explained I couldn’t use the broken item and she suggested I give it away to someone. Even tho it’s faulty. Still waiting for my refund ! PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE ! Reply from company asks me to contact them to discuss refund - I have emailed over 20 times already over the last 2 weeks.
