They try to scam you out of refund
Zero Customer Support Tried to get hold of support to ask when the order is going to ship after waiting for a month. No reply. Because of non-existent support I cancelled my order. Then they shipped it anyway and have to wait ages for the refund... Update: need to file a police report to get my refund as they are still trying to screw me over
