Excellent.
I had a great, if surprising, experience with Olotels. I was looking to book a last-minute trip to Disneyland, and found prices at a very desirable hotel across the street from Disneyland to be approximately 30% cheaper than I was finding anywhere else for that particular hotel, including other discount travel sites. I was suspicious that it may even be a scam (particularly when my initial payment didn't go through), though I found good reviews here on Trustpilot. I spoke with a few people in customer service about the situation, and they were extremely helpful in resolving the issue. After payment was completed, I called the hotel directly and the confirmed our reservation. We were extremely happy in the end with our hotel, and unlike many other discount website rooms, we even ended up with a great location, near the steps down to breakfast and with a direct view of Disneyland. I would absolutely use them again, and recommend them to others.
