Very disappointed.
Order 15723 For weeks now I have been in daily contact. The motor cuts out at 5,, 8 and 12 mph at PAS 1, 2, 3 respectively. Only at PAS 5 does it go up to whatever the max speed I've set the controller to. The first pvy max I bought was fine, but was stolen. I don't believe they properly read my messages because I keep getting told to provide the same information every time, and videos which won't clarify anything and I can't send because a 15 sec clip is too big! I offered to take it locally for diagnosis only, at their expense and I would fit parts. Today they told me to get it to their service centre 107miles away. Truly disappointed . They say you only find out how good a company is when you have problem..
