Not as described or pictured
The item I ordered was a heart (3mm cz) 6.5mm post ear ring. The heart is not a heart it is a triangle. The dimensions are over what is stated on the website. The setting for the triangle are huge 3mm. Therefore overall length of the earring is 10mm(1cm) which is so large for a lobe which is what it is advertised as. Customer service won't offer refund or an alternative item of same value. They are slow to response but have agreed the item is not as pictured or described on the website.
