Roaming SIM card without roaming service
This is a roaming SIM card. 3 days after buying and using (out of 30 days), the suspended my service without announcement and then text me to verify my ID… by downloading the app (to then tell me only possible for Singaporean), the to call them (number only working in Singapore) while no chat service for prepaid…being in a small island in Malaysia, I had to buy a telephone service to join their client service. After hour of discussion, all they can tell Me is to go back to Singapore to redo a picture of my ID… no other way… they sell timing card but have no way to offer service other than through sellers in Singapore… they refused to pay me back. They only offer one way to do which is impossible to comply with. Very poor service for a Telecom company that argue to be good at roaming. AVOID AVOID AVOID or you risk to loose your money like me! Best client service to say I am sorry and I apologize but to do not do anything about it!!!
