Very quick to handle, review and pay my claim.
My insurance is through HolidayExtras and I had to make a claim on a accidentally damaged phone. The claim via HE was problematic initially and took 6-8 weeks before they redirected me to raise a new claim with Taurus Insurange Services - presumably they manage the claims for the HE Insurance Policy. I already had everything they required lined up, raised the new claim on a Monday and pretty much approved and paid out by the Friday. Can't complain with the service Taurus provided.
