Avoid like the plague!!! Liars, scammers & thieves.
They are thieves. Ordered an item, it never arrived. I checked the tracking it said it had been delivered. I checked our camera for the day it said it had been delivered. No delivery was ever attempted. Contacted delivery company who were less than helpful and said it was down to the retailer. Contacted Crafthub who said they would investigate, and that I was welcome to order it again!!! I chased this up multiple time and was just told they would look into it. No update was ever received. I attempted to get a refund through my bank but crafthub have denied that I’m entitled to a refund. So essentially they have had £60 plus delivery from me for nothing. Stay away from this company, whatever you are ordering can almost certainly be bought from a more reputable company. Liars, scammers, & thieves.
