problems at first, but they came through!
I booked a hotel through Olotels months in advance....being the paranoid person I am, I called the hotel to verify the booking (the price of the hotel was too good to be true so I thought it was a scam). The hotel hadn't received my booking yet so naturally I panicked and contacted Olotels who then reassured me that I am in fact booked at the hotel. Fast forward to the day of my reservation, as I was waiting to board my plane, I called the hotel again to verify (I was still skeptical)...to which they again had said there was no booking. I immediately called Olotels, the agent said they would look into it and call back. He was great! The agent only had 20 mins before I got on a plane to sort it out for me and he did. He apologized for the error and even provided the hotel confirmation #. As much work as that was for myself, I don't mind taking the time to make the calls for my own sanity. If I hadn't called the hotel directly, I would have shown up at the hotel at 11pm without a room. I would only recommend this hotel if you are willing to take the same steps as I did....
