NO SHIPING DETAIL. I purchased the Shock Absorber Support with Electronic Suction Cup for DJI Omso a month before a 10-day RV vacation and it did NOT arrive before I left. What a disappointment. My frustrations: #1 Did not know this was sourced from China. #2 Did not know this was shipping from China. #3 There were NO meaningful shipping details. #4 NO estimate of arrival. #5 Did not know that it would take 5 weeks to receive. I completely understand that manufacturing/assembly in China is a cost saving business strategy, however, why is it not reasonable for SmallRig to hold inventory in the United States of America for faster delivery? Years ago, I worked for a major greeting card company where we had our cards manufactured in China, Vietnam, and Korea. But our stategy was to hold reasonable inventory of all of our SKU's so we could meet order requests from our customers like Lifeway, B & N, and others. My rating of 3 stars could have been 5 stars if it was delivered in less than 4 week (certainly before my trip) I have not used the product yet, as it's pimary purpose has come an gone. As I inspected the unit, I do see that it is well engineered and solidly built. Hopefully, in the near future I will be able to find a use in a video production and put it to the test.
