Absolutely appalling online service
Dreadful customer service. My experience has certainly deterred me from ordering from the website again. There is no contact telephone number for Belgian customers to use (why should I pay international charges to sort out problems caused by the seller?), and no 'chat' facility either. Email exchange is slow and unhelpful. Clearly the concept of customer service has not reached this French company. I would not recommend online purchasing to anyone outside France as the online support is completely inadequate.
