Great customer service
Whilst I remain disappointed with the Rangemaster gas oven we bought to replace a similar item we had had no problems with for 20 years (much prefer the old one!), I have to say that Rangemaster have been exemplary in resolving the matter. The 2 guys who delivered/installed the cooker yesterday were brilliant (sorry, I didn't get their names). Also, special thanks to Charley for the on-line help.
